We retained the services of Joe Bull and his team to conduct a review and audit of our planned giving program. We wanted to know how we could best strengthen and grow this critical revenue source for the Lung Association. Joe certainly delivered results on this and more. Through an exhaustive review involving many stakeholders, both internal and external, Joe and his team provided us with a detailed analysis of our current status and outlined multiple opportunities and paths for growth.

I personally found Joe to be extremely knowledgeable and able to communicate clear, actionable steps that we could take to strengthen and grow our program. We have already adopted several of his recommendations and are planning for more down the road. I have been in the not-for-profit world for some time and worked with many consultants.
